As someone who personally knows and understands the frustrating and exhausting struggles of insomnia, I'm here to guide you from sleepless nights to Slumberland.


Sleep, for me, has become the ultimate gauge of the quality of my own life and the lives of the women I work with.


But it wasn't always dreamy vibes and nights of blissful sleep.


My first son was born in 2018 - he's the ice cream fanatic - and while I knew sleep disruption was going to come with being a new mom, I didn't actually know.


It hit me hard and I struggled, hard.


At one point, I cried over spilled coffee.


At another, I broke down at work because I couldn't think straight.


I felt like a fraud because I didn't feel like I could even take care of myself in the fog of exhaustion, let alone take care of my patients.


I would wake up tired and defeated in the morning, doing my best to coach myself to "just get through today". I would face anxiety in the evening about going to bed and would lie awake at night, even when my little guy was finally asleep.


But this turned out to be a beautiful gift.

The turning point for me was when I was asked how I was doing because I didn't seem like myself.


For the first time in my life, I was outwardly honest.


I told them: "I'm not ok, because I'm not sleeping. I can't remember the last time I got more than an hour of sleep at a time and I can't think straight. I can't function during the day. This just isn't normal."


And they said: "Well other women do it."


Even from depths of sleep deprivation and exhaustion, I knew this wasn't right. While the statement was intended to encourage me, to tell me I could figure it out, to remind me that I could do hard things - it hit me like a ton of bricks.


I realized that "other women do it" - they struggle in sleeplessness and exhaustion for years - because they think they have to.


This wasn't good enough for me, and it's not good enough for you, either.

So I decided to fix my sleep. But even as a naturopathic doctor with a bajillion years of schooling and training, I didn't know where to start.


I started scouring the books, the podcast episodes, the articles. I learned everything I could. I asked myself hard questions and I implemented change.


And it worked. I started falling asleep easily and staying asleep. If I woke up at night, it wasn't with panic and anxiety - I knew what to do to ease myself back to sleep.


I felt refreshed in the morning. I felt like myself again and had forgotten how good that feels.


Then, I started asking my patients about their sleep. Like, for real.


And I realized two things: Up until that point, I wasn't doing a good job in supporting my patients' sleep AND the patients in my practice who got better, were often the ones who slept well.

So, I started asking better questions. I started seriously supporting my patients who were struggling (with more than a "Here - take melatonin.", guiding them through the same process I went through.


I wondered if I was a special unicorn or if these things could work for them, too.


Turns out, we're all special unicorns.


My process worked for my patients, too.


And I realized this information didn't have to be relayed in a didactic, 1:1 appointment. In fact, I now know it's much more powerful when relayed in a community.

What if I have a diagnosed sleep disorder?

This program can still help you! This program builds off of some of the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-i), the gold standard for treating sleep issues. CBT-i has been clinically proven to improve sleep quality and quantity, regardless of the underlying reason.

Will I have to start or stop taking my supplements or medications?

This program is entirely based on the strategies and processes you can implement without having to change your supplement or medication regime. Individual medical advice is not provided and you are encouraged to speak to your healthcare provider when making any changes to your supplements or medications.

How much time will this require?
